At Mockingbird, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't exactly what you expected. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact, and securely seal the box with the new label on top.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
